$5.00 flat rate shipping charge will be applied to all orders. These rates will only apply to orders shipped via ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Free ground shipping with the purchase of four or more Sea-Crits™ characters (48 contiguous United States ONLY).  Express Shipping is available upon request and will incur higher shipping charges, please contact us at howlandish.llc@gmail.com for pricing and availability.

Returns and Exchange Policy

www.sea-crits.com is committed to complete customer satisfaction. Returned products in new condition and in the original packaging are fully refundable within 30 days; minus the actual shipping charges incurred by www.sea-crits.com to get the product to you. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from date of purchase. Returns after 30 days from date of purchase will not be accepted.  Please send all return requests to howlandish.llc@gmail.com.   Please include “Return” in the subject line.  Please briefly explain the reason for the return.  We will email you back with complete instructions.

Washing Instructions

Sea-Crits™ are machine washable.  Remove all treasures, as well as the lock and key set.  Place your Sea-Crits™ in a delicates washing bag or any white pillowcase with the end tied off.  Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water.  Let air dry (do not put in dryer).  Once dry, some reshaping may be required to bring your Sea-Crits™ back to their original form.

To lock your Sea-Crits™ pocket

Hook the heart shaped lock into the ring of the zipper and into the metal loop sewn above the zipper.  Close lock to seal.  Use keys to unlock your Sea-Crits™.

Safety

Be sure to remove all tags and their fasteners before giving a Sea-Crits™ to any child.  Choking hazard:  Small parts included, not for children under the age of 5.
